Bad or infected Food quality

Dear Sir,

Today i buy sweets from Gobind Sweet phase-XI, Mohali and when we try to eat we found insects and sweet was covered fungus and the sweets was badly smelling we immidiatly informed the shopowner but he refuse to take the things back and he try to thrash us and behaved badly.

He was not worried about quality and hygenic level of sweets and also told us that i not scared with any departement we have lot of people in the quality department and will close this issue go whereever you want.

I think this is the limit for these people and with good hold they are managed to close the issue.

I request you to look into the matter so other people could not be in trouble.
