Dealers phones unreachable in emegency cases too?

Bharat Gas dealer Godeya Gas (in Wagle Estate, Thane) have following phone numbers

(022) - 25820895 and 258202334 ; but both phone numbers give engaged tone always

and I am finding it difficult to book the Compaint for the leakage in the gas cylinder. Whenever we put on the gas cylinder there is sizzling noise of gas leakage. My Mom went personally to lodge a compliant to change the gas cylinder but nobody has turned up till date. we feel scared to put on the cylinder and coom the food. Please help urgently! (dated 01 March)
