Replacement of compressor in warrenty

M/S Ipca Lab. Ltd. perchesed Godrage split AC on dated 14/07/05. Now on 1/08/09 compressor winding fault, I contact to godraj service centre, as per service centre I sent A.C.outdoor unit to service centre on dated 03/08/09. after 2 month (today) service centre replies me I was send compressor to godraj co. but replacement is not recived up to yet. Pl. suggest what action plan should be.
