They gave me deftective piece

I took the godreg 19 e axis fridge from shaha's electronics, kukatpally, hydrabad. Fridge did not work well till i bought that fridge. I told to dealer fridge do not workig so give me the replace of that fridge but they did not give me proper responce . they told me you can take another fridge .but i was not liked another so i i told him give ne the back my money .why can't they give me the my money? because i didn't like another piece .what can i do for back my money?
