Godrej 1.2ton AC
Ac not maintaining room temp

I have purchased a Godrej 1.2 ton AC on 20th july from Ashoka trading, sector 16 faridabad. The main problem is that the compressor trips with in 10min.after start. Even if i set a temp of 26 degree or 25 degree with respect to outside temp of 30 degree, the compressor turn off with in 10min.without maintaining the room temp. The service provider is not able to trace out the problem and saying that this problem is there in Godrej 1.2 ton Ac. The compressor keep on running if i set a room temp below 20.That is the only solution provided by the service engineer to always run the AC below 20 degree.

I will be highly obliged if you can replace the entire AC for me, as I think this is a defective piece which should be taken care by the company. Why should I suffer for this?
