Damage of New Refrigirato

I brought a new godrej refrigerator from PAI Electronics, Bangalore. In that the back portion the fridge has got damaged. There are lot of scratches on the fridge/some wires are come out at the door opening. But none of your customer care guys are intrested to sort out the problem. No body cares about the customer. Its really disgusting that a company like GODREJ has such a pathetic service in Bangalore. Hope who ever reads this msg will take necessary action and get the problem sorted out.

for the past 3 days i am calling the customer care not less than 10 time but till date no body has come to check it.
