Godrej 260 litres frost free fridge
Service engineer not called even once

Dear Sir,

I have taken AMC contract for 4 years from 10/03 by paying an amount of Rs 1295/-. I regret to inform you that the Engineer has never called us even once till date. We have called the customer service centre and there is no prpoer response. Since it amounts to deiciency of service i request you to refund the amount or extend the warranty by another wo more years free of cost.
