Godrej 4-door Eudora Wardrobe
Defective product & no Service provided

Sir/Madam,

This is for your kind information that i purchased an Eudora King -bed, Eudora 4-door wardrobe with an Eudora bedside table from Godrej Lifespace Store (36 C, Om Towers, B.T.Road, Kolkata-700002), Receipt No.17509, SSCM No.67328.

Henceforth i have faced problem with the wardrobe. It has already been serviced 4 times in 5 mnths.

The Servicing Dept. is not providing proper service & more of all they are taking 2-3 weeks to report the problem to right place. Their technicians have no skillset as each of them blames the person who had come previously.

The worst part is that the Part which comes a replacement for the defective piece is itself dfective & tey have now taken 4 months to service 1 wardrobe. I dont see any solution to this.

This is my humble request to provide me the proper guidelines or to do anything from your part, if possible & oblige.
