AC not cooling the room may be compressor problem

Eight days back (Wednesday 01/07/09) i filed a complaint for the AC we purchased two months back . on thursday service man came and said compressor has to be changed, for that i have to again file a complain in customer care regarding the compressor replacement. complaint number is : 211273. but for next two nobody came . on saturday we called in customer care they said tomorrow is sunday person will come on monday . on monday the service come to see the fault that whatis the fault in AC. he said tomorrow (tuesday) we will pick the AC for compressor replacement . it is tuesday and time is 4:00pm. AC is still at home, what should we do now . shall we vgo to consumer court for this negligency.
