Not attending complain

I have purchased Godrej A C from M/S Viramgam Mota bhai Appliances Lokhand Bazar Viramgam (Gujarat) on 12/03. The Ac was some cooling proble I complain on 29/05 and executive came in my house and brought compressor of AC on 01/06 after repeating so many time he repaired my AC for cooling but he braught swing moter and one other part of my AC and till date he not came back for fitting the same part. So many time I requested and also enquire in toll free number but I have not get positive response. I have requested so many time to M/S Viramgam Mota bhai Appliances Lokhand Bazar Viramgam (Gujarat) but he did nothing tried to became me fool. Please take needful action in my complain at the earliest otherwise I will bound to go consumer court.
