GODREJ Air Conditioner
Fault in AC

I purchased an AC of godrej in April and then till now it has became a headache for me. The air vents from where cold air comes are broken now, it is not such part that a customer will not touch. Every time i wanted to change the air flow, a grill cracks. I complained to godrej but the behavior of that bullshit guy (Mr. Harbaksh) was shocking. He said do whatever you want. I m now in a big trouble. Please help me.
