Pension Calim not recieved

On 3rd of Aug I recieved a mail from thanecpgrams@gmail.com that my complaint no. MH/26/54613has been solved & chq.of Rs.25512/- vide chq.no.143793 dated 31/07/09 has been dispatched to my Bank i.e. State Bank of India Vasundhara Ghaziabad, but till date no chq.has been recieved by my me or by my bank.

Since last 2weeks Iamfollowing upon above emailID but there is no response kindly help.
