Wasng machine is not repaired as company has no spare part

I have registered complaine with Smart service of Godrej that my washing machine is not working. My complain no is451238 of date 14/07/09. My washing machine is under composite maitanence contrct since last two years. And I have paid Rs. 2581 on 26/05/09 for futher two years cntract effctive from 07/10/09 that is end of my first contract!!! I have had to pay mait. cotract charges in advance without any interest. THIS IS FAIR TRADE PRACTICE OF GODREJ!!!

Till to date my washig machine is not repaird in spite of my half dozen telephone calls. Godrej service centre said " We do not have required spare part..

While making any complain to Godrej service centre we have to be hung on telephone for more than 15 minutes. I have spent more than 46 Rs. for telephone. In spite of all this my washing machine yet to be repaired by Godrej

I have experienced completely irrespocible attitude of Godrej service. I have spoken to their area manager but no response.
