Godrej&boyce / modular kitchen
Incomplete instalation even after 3 months of ordering!!!

Its been terrible experience from Godrej, which is supposedly the one of the best governed companies of india...

...Have ordered for modular kitchen (bangalore) 3 months back... and have already made full payment on 24.03.08 (2 months back).still after several followups and requests, the kitchen has not been completed till date..(they had claimed at the time of full payment that the complete kitchen set has come and they are all redy to install the same.)

I have been a fond customer of godrej.. with my wardrobe, wall units, bed, sofa everything i have purchased from godrej... never thought of such irresponsible and pathetic service from the company... the worst part is that hardly anybody is even bothered to give some info. or even a sorry call...

** request the company's higher officials to pls. look into the matter and solve my problem ASAP.(if at all smone from the organisation is hearing)
