Delay in Delivery of Godrej Refrigerato

I have Purchased a new Godrej Double door Refrigerator from Anandamela Gariahat (Kolkata) on 20th Oct'09. on spot i have paid full amount of Rs.14000/-. they promised me to delever by 21st EOD. but Till date i have not received the same. when i went to enquire about the delivery the Anandamela Sales Representative told me that there is a shortage of Stock for the perticular Model, they will be able to deliver by End of the Month. When i insisted for delivery then told me to talk to Godrej people. i called the Godrej Executive, he was very rude in behaviour, he is not willing to help me out of this problem & do not taking the blame of Miscommunication with the customers. he continuing to transffer the blame on Anandamela & Sales Executive of Anandamela putting the blame on Godrej for the havoc. Please help me out of this Problem, as i am in big delima.
