POOR AFTER SALES SERIVE BY GODREJ

I have purchased a Godrej Pentacool Refrigerator 200L Model No. GPP 220S ZOP S.No.00012300-2C41 on 16th April from Prithvi Electronics, Supela Bhilai CG with finance from Shriram Com Veh. Finance Ltd.

Within six months the paint-coating started coming out. Now even before completing two years it does not cool properly.

I have contacted the seller but I got a negative answer from him.

The manufacturer gave 10 years warrantee but in just paper. Can I get justice to replace the Fridge fully or partially?
