Cooling Problem

Dear Sir,
I have had this product less than one year only and I am facing the cooling problem. I have lodged the complin related to this problem on 9th of this month my complain no . 729426. Your technician came to me and cheched up all the thinks and said that there is a likage of the gas so that we have keep it in observation for two days for that we have to take it to our servicing center.
Since that day every day your people giving the time but finally they are not coming to me to take this.
Thing is that right now I am staying at Bangaluru and my wife staying at Bhubaneswar, she has all ready taken 3days leave from the office for your people only to give the refrigerater.
Please tell me, Purchasing your refregirater is mistake or for that we have to pay such big time as well as financial loss by taking leave from the office. 2ndly we have spent more than Rs.250/- in phone by calling your office as well as the dealer from whom we have purchased this.
Will you be kind eough to inform that what is the your time frame to attened the customer complain, or you will atten after my warranty perioid wil over.
Godrej is a reputed company this type of after sales service should not expected from your end, not only it decreases your brand image it also a major cause of customer loss.
Being there is a lot of thing I have to purchase for me as well as my sisters marriage, I must not go for your product and side by side I will suggest my nearers and freinds to not go for your product.
I know this will not bring any big or huge effect to your business but there are somany other options are there, if your people will play with us to make it okay.
