No cooling, main door not closed proplerly

I have 304L refrigrater. their is problem of cooling and the main door is not closed properly. I complain so many time the response of care center is not proper. I face from this problem since i purched the product. Please give proper response as soon as possible. serial no-0802210201.i lived in 112-bhatia colony panipat 132103.
