Utility Tray missing as per warrenty card

I have purchased a Godrej Refrigaretor from Anandamela, G.T.Road Parcas Road Junction Burdwan-713101 vide Product Code 2C5CYY Model No. GFE28CFCYN Cabinet&Compressor No. 0705160260, bill was against my father's Name :- Haraprosad Mukherjee 242, Khalui Bilar Math (1st Lane) Burdwan-713101 in which utility tray is missing according to the warrenty card which I have complaint after purchasing it but no message from Godrej Customer Care after complaing in net, and also a Godrej Customer Care Executive told us that in a column there it is given that all the part which are given in the warrenty card may not be available for all model but I told him how can I know that this is not for my product and I am sure it should be attached with my product because a self is there for it if the utility tray is not given to my product so why the utility tray self is there, I also told in both ways that if you are not supplying that tray give a written document this is not available for my model which they have not yet provided.
