False advertising on free service camps

This is in refereence to their ad on the mumbai mirror on 18/3 announcing free service camp between 18-20 March, My service no is 377316 registered on 18/3 and today is the 3/4 and till date nobody has visited my residence despite making several phone calls. Very bad service and false advertising. Godrej should be sued for such false advertising and no response to service calls.
