WASHING MACHINES DRAIN VALVE NOT WORKING

Sir, i have taken a washing machine Model No:- GWS6201 from Guptaswer enterprices Semiliguda in the dist Of Koraput (Orissa) last year in the Month of Oct- but after 2 months the drain valve is not operating properly, so the mashine is idel condition. and my aim was not fulfil so yet. I had complained so many time to the dealer but till date there is no action taken by the dealer or your company . so i am request to you please lookafter the matter and take the necessay action as soon as possible
