Ac not working withing 10 months

Hai Team,

I am one the dissatisfied customer from chennai, Let me tell my problem, I have puchased two Spilt Aircons from Godrej Life Space (Anna Nagar Branch), I thought it is an factory outlet shoppe so i purchased, But the the customer service i recieved from the outlet is horrible both of my aircons faied to give me any kind of cooling and i contaced the retailer but they did not care about me and also they are least bothered about my issue and i have almost invested 50000 Rs on both the Ac's but i am terribly upset and i found an number that said Sathya (manager) but when i tried to call that number that guy pickup the phone and did not spoke to me instead kept beside him and i am able to hear everything happening around him and pls do not have these kind of people as manager that will give very bad image on your company. i want my issue should be fixed immidieately because i am trying to get in touch with any of your people for the past 15 days
