Cooling problem and compression

I have purchased Godrej Penta Cool Refrigerator on 23-10 of 180 Litres Sl. No.125073 from M/s Southern Agencies, G.T. Road, Srikakulam, Srikakulam District, Andhra Pradesh. During waranty period I have been facing so many problems with this Refrigerator in Cooling Problem. The service rendered by the company is very poor. Every time they used to tell the compressor is not working and it needs replacement and they have been charging Rs.800/- and something for changing the Compressor. Every time they said they have replaced the new Compressor. This is the fourth complaint for cooling problem besides other problems with this product. The service technicians here have got poor knowledge in finding out the real problem and they do not attend the complaint properly and in time. Godrej has the name but when it comes to service part they play very poor. Naam Bade aur Darshan Chote!!! I repent for choosing Godrej Product. very Much unreliable service. This is what suits best to Godrej Company. I advise all to be careful before choosing any Godrej Refrigerators.
