Godrej A/c stopped working after 15 days

I bought the Godrej A/c in may in Chennai, it worked only for 15 days. I called the customer care, but the response was very late and poor as per the "Godrej" said standards.

The 1st technician came after 15 days and told abount the problem of outdoor unit, pipe burst, then welding was done.

After that also the gas filling was not completed and the technician again took 15 more days to come and say that the Outdoor unit needs to be replaced.

Still wating and calling the customer care to take the outdoor unit and get the same replaced as its in warranty peroid. I am not sure when the replacement will take place.

I faced lot of problems due to the non working of A/c in Chennai, the money is gone with no gains...

I would say the worst product and India's most awful and disastrous Customer care, I recommend not to buy Godrej A/C.

I have lost the trust in Godrej, supposed to be the best Indian product company.
