Defective Washing Machine

Sir,

I had purchased a godrej washing machine in feb 09 and it has been used only 10-12 times. but now, the machine has been giving problems like washing clothes continiously for 5-6 hours and water is not able to stay in the drum and it is totally in defective drainage system. i had lodged a complaint in the customer care and the complaint number was 721882 and the washing machine has been taken by the authorities for replacement and they assured me that it will be back within 4-5 days. today after 35 days they are saying they are unable to replace the required parts as they are not available. please advise me what to do with the company. this is how the service of the company i request another cunsumers like me never to trust godrej... they will show u the way to hell.
