Not received the products, committed to give bt not given, money has been taken

We have purchased a Refrigerator in Exchange offer from Lucknow on 31-07 with customer code - 30089L and issue note no. - 987595 and was told to receive a gift within 3 days but not received yet.. even an Iron was also promised but .. not received yet even the payment has been done at the time of purchasing of fridge..we have complaint for this many no. of times to the incharge, Mr. Rafat Ali of the centre-Lucknow Vidhan Sabha Marg, but action was taken... Kindly support us and do the needful...
