Sub: Newly purchased refrigerator not worked on the first day & delay in its replacement

Dear Sir,

It is a matter of great concern that a fair of your product was arranged in our township (M/S National Fertilizers Ltd..), Panipat

Keeping in mind the creditability of your organization, I purchased your refrigerator (280 Ltrs) under exchange offer vide Invoice No. 641/93035691 dated 11.11.09 (Customer Code 30089F). Though the delivery date was given as 08.11.09 at the time of booking but it was delivered only on 12.11.09 without any Demo & getting it checked at my residence. I also not insisted the same at that time keeping in view the goodwill of your company & with the thought that before dispatching, it has already been checked at your works.

On dated 14.11.09, when your authorized service peoples were visited on my residence for Demo, I was surprised when this refrigerator was not in position to operate. You can easily ascertain the feeling s of your valuable customer at that time about your company’s dealing & quality control etc.

Since that day, I approached the every corner of your company. Few instances are mentioned as under for your ready reference: -

From the above, you will realize that without getting any service from your newly purchased refrigerator how I am becoming a rolling stone & running from pillar to post.

You can’t imagine my feelings & position at present. The old refrigetror has already been handed our to your Sales Man i.e Mr. R.P.Singh & now a days I am without any refrigerator in my kitchen which is a other mental harassment to me.

.Under the above circumstances, I approach your good office to look into my grievance & replace this non-operative refrigerator (Not worked from the first day) without any further delay.
