Not replying for complaints

I bought a godrej UT200 refrigerator.now it got a problem.its not at all working.i've complained to the customer care at delhi, they gave me a number to call, a service man's name.then i called that number and sad the details they gave to me.to my surprise there was no service man with that name, and they did'nt get a work order even after three days.this is my problem.
