Sir/ma'm,

we are 3 in the family, highly frustrated n disappointed wth services of godrej's services, its about a washing machine that we bought 2 months less than 2 yrs ago.in 2 mnths warranty will expire and i think thats what they are waiting for.despite numerous calls and complaints to different people including cust care machine is still nt working.plz help, we are upset.2 complaint # rgd with godrej are (complaint # 922070 done on 22/05/08 and complaint # 921061 done on 09/06/08).we have tried emailing them too.nothing worked in last month and a half... plz help!!!
