I had purchased 18 chairs from an autherised dealer of gorej M/S MAHADEVI FURNISHERS mahadevi bhawan, 311/17 kamla nehru marg chowk, Lucknow -226003 @ Rs. 2372 excluding taxes / chair on date 29/03 .

Within a month i got a problem that one chair was broken from its base .when i made a complain about that beside of replacing the product under gaurentee they weld it and provide us the same.

again we made complain that all the screw of all chairs are not tiet they make an excuse that due to lac of washer they become untied we provide them washer for that but still the condition is same all the screws are in same condition.

After that the rubber of handles of chairs were tored now i am not able to digest that a branded company is providing such kind of product and no servises provide by them.
