Dear Mr. Godrej
Hello
I had written to you earlier also regarding the repair of my Godrej cold gold refrigerator.
The first man that came to meet me was on 11th September who had told me that my problem could be solved in 2-3 days.
That day went by and an email was sent to me by the local branch stating that the problem could not be solved so easily as the whole cabinet needs to be exchanged and it would cost me a handsome Rs.6000/- only.
Thereafter all the communication stopped.
I again wrote to you but no reply came by.
A couple of months later I again made an attempt and received a mail that my local branch would contact me.
And yes fortunately they did call me on the 6th of May and talked wonderfully well but just as he was to note down the address to visit the house, suddenly the phone disconnected and it never rang again.
I am just writing this mail to inform you of the wonderful staff you have looking after the customers. As also you have made a complete mockery of customer service.

I am proudly an unsatisfied customer of Godrej products and am very pleased to inform you that my next refrigerator will certainly not be Godrej.
