Damaged wheels

Following letter I emailed on 11.11. but unfortunately no reply uptill now. I did never expected the type of such service from the reputed Godrej since I have booked my complain on 7.11.2009

I am sorry to state here on my bad experience from your service dept since after much delay in response to my complain. On the very first visit from the dept representative who observed the damage to my table only to return back on my several phone call after 20 days and replaced the damaged wheel of table in such a way that it spoiled the life of the table. In the mean time I gave several call through your call centre arrangements to get checked on the subsequent wheels which were also not in order. Today I phoned to Mr Golwala (Tel : 67961348) only to find out that he has no immediate feedback from the fellow techman who done the repair work. He called the techman and enquired on all about and replied to me in usual way that the “ size of the original fitted wheel to table is difficult to get and because of that the small size wheel got fitted .and subsequently the next wheel also get replaced within two days ” I never have expected such type of service. I am shocked to learn all about this because it has caused the damage to the table which I bought from the well reputed organization with great hope of durability and good service and now I am getting the service in such manner.

Since my purchased item is under warranty period, I am requesting to replace such damaged item on justifying my grievance.
