Godrej Double Door Refrigertor
No single visit of Service Enginee

I had purchased one Double Door Refrigertor from Godrej Company with 4 years AMC . But I am very surprised that after taking the AMC for next four year not a single visit by any Service Engineer on the customer site whether machine is working or not. After that we had made complaint last 10 days back 2 to 3 time but the complaint still pending (drainer not replace with cash payment)
