Freezer door complaint & bad service responce

Dear Sir,

I have purchased one Godrej refrigerator-Edge- Model No. GDE23BI No. 80411173 from GOVINDAM, Madanganj-Kishangarh vide Bill no. 3216 dated 06.05.2008.

In above the Freezer door not closed & refrigerator make some sounds from frequently from the date of purchase. i have complaint to dealer many time but the proper response are not given by the dealer.

Kindly take the action on above matter.
