i m from jalaun we, my father (Ram ji gupta) have bought a freeze (godrej eon) on 17th may from orai bundelkhand (ajay enterprises chandra nagar, rajmarg orai), cash memo no.is 84 its compressor was not working but they didnt hear our problem and we complained on 25 april but they sent person after 15 days for changing compressor after calling so many times even they didnt pick our phone and its compressor is still not working cooling is not proper we are facing lot of problem so pls solve our problem. we have complained so many times, then they sent person that person was saying that place is not proper so we change place but there is no change in the situation our problem is still same. So i want to suggest pls first solve our problem then do something with that distributor because they are making companies reputation bad.
