Godrej eon fridge

Dear Sir,

I selected a new godrej eon fridge from nandilath G Mart at dapally, Cochin on the last 18th sept 09. To our surprise we were delivered with an old, paint off, scratched fridge of the same brand on the 30th sept 09 night. I contacted the retailer many times, but they are delaying the exchange.if we had not noticed, probably this old fridge would have been our destiney. The sales manager, Mr sukesh after many contacts says their is no stock, Imay buy some other company fridge. When I selected this particular cridge after all the survey, why should I go for other one?? It is almost a month and they are saying that godrej is not giving supply. I am very shocked. This is what happens if one goes for an Indian brand. Better I would have bought a Samsung, LG or other company.

Pls take up this case, as this is going against your company and products.
