Fridge problem

Have bought Godrej, EON model (newly introduced by your company) Refrigerator last year…and it has failed 2times (no cooling effects and gas leaking/system choke problem) with in one year. I have asked new replacement from the Godrej Smartcare, chennai. There is no proper response from your company. I never experienced this type of problems in other company fridges. I have bought this fridge for Rs.13800/-. I was fed up with your company product (newly launched product). I was shocked by seeing people's comments about this company products in Internets. Is there anyone available in this company to answer customer queries. Or only solution is the consumer court to solve our problems. Please do needful to get replacement for fridge.
