Godrej Eon Refrigrator
Replacement of Shelf

I am not sure if you are the right person to address this query to, but i have exhausted all other options. I had purchased a Godrej Eon refrigerator in April immediately after that in May 09, the tray was broken, and i raised a service request for changing it. Despite my agreeing to bear the cost, it has not been changed. I have had atleast 5 different service man coming to my house looking at it and going off.

The last complaint no given by the service desk was 429611, but still it is not changed, request your intervention, as i had tremendous faith in sales and services of GODREJ, which has taken a severe beating after this experiance.
