I bought full automatic washing machine on feb-08 in chennai T.Nagar vasanth and co shop, they took 4 days to deliver the product, that too i called and forced them to deliver. finally they did when i open the box i was shocked, machine was full of dust they have deliverd the old or think its a showroom model. I didn't bothered about that, 3 months later the ajitator was broken

(1) i called customer service and rep came and fixed the problem - May, (2) next month June again I called the CS for the same problem, again rep came and fixed the problem, (3) august two months later had the same problem and fixed. Now october-08. I registered my complain on 10th october for the same problem, no response and no one came to fix the problem, the date when i am writting this letter is 23th october almost 13 days, . I request every body if u want to buy washing machines or refrigerator, please don't go for Godrej and also for other products
