Water leekage in freege

I was lodge a compliant on dated 11/05/09 for water leakage in newly purchase freege, company send the machanic to check it, the guy told us that the compressor was not working properly and we will change it, but it was not stock yet now, and it may be change by next week, after one week i was reguler call to the company for the same but it is not done till date
