Noisy compressor and no cut off

My fridge compressor was not working last month and my unit was under guarantee period and so they replaced an another compressor from the company. The replaced compressor had much noise and it was running constantly with out cutoff. when i asked about this they said that this is new type of compressor which will have much noise and will not cutoff. Service engg. is telling not to compliant in the office and they will check the fault but they are not coming.
