Sir,

I have purchased a godrej refrigerator 200 liter GFE 2208 costing Rs11900/- from your dealer m/s Quilon Radio rvices wide bill no: 005973 dated 27/6. Two days after I had to contact your service centre tvmga for repairing the penetrating sound vide service card no: F 442 dated 29/6. Ain on the first week of January the refrigerator had an another problem for which I contacted your service centre and its mentioned in service card no: A 293 dated 12/1 as comp winding and stated Rs 1200 as an estimate for the repairing charges. I regret to inform that quality of your product expects your consumer not only pay the cost but also incur repairing charges often. For the past 10yrs I have been using whirlpool refrigerator which had no such complaints

When a complaint was given to your customer care centre I was taken aback by their reply. Perhaps the person might have forgotten that every consumer is protected by COPRA.

I request that either the equipment should be replaced or put in the right condition without any additional charges. early response is anticipated.
