Godrej fully auto matic washing machine
Drain water is not going out from the machine

Dear sir,

I have taken a fully loaded washing machine on last year (waranty for two years) I have booked a complaint on 25/11/08 and the # is 807190, for drain problem but as of now their is no response.

I have made alomst 10 to 15 call to the service department but on use (Listen good female voice). Really it surprised to see that Godrej a number one company in India is not responding to its customer even after 10 days.

Even in the warranty time if we are getting this type of response we don't know what is after 2 years.

In India people are not so rich country to buy a new washing every 2 years.

Never in future I will not buy or suggest anybody to go for Godrej brand if their service is not satisfy to me.
