Not replace the item

Dear Sir / Madam,

I bought a refrigerator of Godrej company at Great Eastern in 20, Old Court House Street, Kolkata-700001 on 26th Oct and I received the item on 28th Oct at 9am, but that time the delivery boy of the Great Eastern said that not broken the seal of the item & the seal will open the company's mechanical person, when he will come to give the demo.

On 30th Oct the mechanical person went to my home & broken the seal and that time he broke the few parts of upper part of refrigerator. When I'm telling the service center for the complaint for the broken part & extra small part of metal under the door will uncovered the coding. Then the service center told me that they will change the upper part which is broken but not change that extra part of metal which is uncovered.

I'm telling that i want the fresh item but they (the service center & Great Eastern) both told me that they only change the upper portion, extra metal part is technical fault, they can't replace the refrigerator.

I payed full money at a time & bought a new refrigerator then why i'm suffer this problem.

Please help me, because i'm living my maternal uncle's house after my mother's death and my grandmother (95 yrs old) is very ill, she dose not walking, & doctor's tell me for a few days she alive, but she take medicine & injection which store in refrigerator, also my 2 uncles are too old one can't see the properly. so I am telling to replace this item for extra metal sheet which is uncovered, at any time they will injured with it. Am I wrong?

Please help me. I am helpless for this company & The Great Eastern's behaviour.

Please suggest me what am I doing or how can I get the defaultness item.
