Cooling Problem

We purchased Godrej GDP 195P Refrigerator from local dealer in Mahad on 16th January. Within two days there was compressor problem for which the dealer replaced the entire piece with a new one. After two and half years, there was cooling problem. For which the complaint was lodged with the local dealer. There was no response from the local dealer. After 15 days a complaint was lodged with the Godrej call centre. Complaint no is 259964. After making several calls, the technician finally arrived who took 250 Rs as visiting charge, did nothing and left promising replacement of compressor with 3 days. It has been almost three months now and there has been TOTALLY NO RESPONSE FROM THEM.

It is a pity and worth condemning the services of GODREJ.

I don't know where I should go for help.
