Cheap Plastics used in Godrej -GFE 36 DZ Berry Blue (342 Lts)

I had bought a Godrej -GFE 36 DZ Berry Blue (342 Lts) on Apr-11. Two weeks later I noticed that the Grey Panel on the Main door handle started coming off at the top.

I immediately called the Godrej technician, and he came on Apr-28 and told that the Grey Panel has to be replaced and that he would place an order for it. However till date I keep calling the costomer care and they give me no proper response. Please arrange for the Grey panel and have it replaced as soon as possible.

I'm very disappointed at the cheap plastics used in the Godrej refrigirators and that too in a refrigirator costing more that Rs. 24, 000.00. I'm really surprised that this has happened in a matter of less than 2 weeks since I bought the refrigirator.

Please look into this and have it rectified as soon as possible.

I have attached a picture of the fridge and highlighted the door handle on which the Grey panel has to be replaced.
