One of our customers Mr. Dudeja had raised a concern for non receipt of Cook Book with his Godrej Grill Microwave Oven and Vacuum Cleaner Combo on his blog posted on 18th May.

Cookbook was earlier missed out due to an unfortunate oversight on part of our business partner M/s Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Co. Ltd. On receipt of his complaint on 6th May, it was forwarded to our business partner M/s Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Co. Ltd and they confirmed to us on 13th May that complaint has been registered with them vide Complaint number # 949286 and shall soon be dispatched. The cookbook has been shipped to him through Blue Dart courier vide Airway bill Number # 12542522101dated 3rd June.

This incidence is just a stray aberration to quality of service we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
