Poor Service

Gidrej HiCare Pest control service is extremely poor. I got the cockroach traetment done for Rs.2700 /- within 20 days the house was again full of cockroaches. Even after 10 days on registering a complaint and 50 phone calls - no technician has come for a visit. The call centre asks me to call the service center & vice versa - then the technician says it is raining cannot come - it is pathetic. Any local pest control vendor charges Rs.800 /- & is far more effective than Godrej - stay away from Godrej Hi Care.
