Lousy treatment and no response

I have had a contract for Termite and BedBugs. The regulatory treatments have been done but the problem persists. No amount of calls made to them has borne any results. I had to register a call for new contract which resulted in some calls but when it was informed that I was an existing contract holder and had a complain they had to reluctantly send a person to check the issue. The "inspector" gave his opinion verbally and was supposed to come back in a couple of days. No response as yet.

Planning to register a complain with the police fo mental harassment as family seriously affected due to lack of sleep and also to send a legal notice for breach of contract.

Also planning to write to Mr. Adi Godrej complimenting him on the prudent business decision to sell this company to ISS and make money leaving us Indians in the lurch.

No wonder the most trusted are the worst...
