I want replacement of the air conditione

I have purchased 1.5ton a/c from navrang electronics vide invoice no. 5987 on 26th June.

since the time of installtion which was charged and done by Navrang i was not satisfactory on the performance of the a/c. last month a/c motor was replaced by GODREJ service engineer.

From last couple of days it is giving sound of an goods train.

I am really scared to complain to service toll free number of Godrej as the engineer they use to send is very junior engineer and by the mode of fixing the problem it reveals that they are novish also and learning from my system.

i want replacement of the new a/c and i want to know what will happen after warranty of 1year as the performance is really poor.
